3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping may apply to promotions or orders exceeding a specific threshold.
5. Delivery Failure and Re-shipping
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, inaccessible premises, or lack of response, the package will be returned to us. Perishable items cannot be refunded in cases of delivery failure due to recipient unavailability.
